Solar Gem Greenhouses

Over the years l have enjoyed my largest top of the line greenhouses and supplies from Solar Gem. Customer service is good. I purchased both of my 8x12 unit at the Washington State Fair grounds One unit was purchased under the former name of The Puyallup Fair. My only issue is that after a few years the greenhouses truly turn a terrible shade of green even with the best of care. I like the structural design but not the nasty green appearance.

After two unsuccessful Amazon greenhouse attempts we decided to try a Solar Gem greenhouse. I’m very glad we did. The entire experience of getting a greenhouse with Solar Gem family business was fantastic. They had wonderful customer service and the entire process was smooth. I would highly recommend the company for their customer service and so far the greenhouse itself has exceeded our expectations. All of our plants have doubled in size in 1 week.

I highly recommend this greenhouse and company! The service was friendly, professional, and responsive. The team went above and beyond during the entire process (ordering, delivery, and installation). The quality of the greenhouse is excellent. We've had ours for two growing seasons now; we appreciate the raised beds, deep planting trough, watering trays, water access, electricity/lights, and the general versatility of the interior (removable wooden slats). There's plenty of room and light for multi-tier growing. I am still learning about gardening, but I have grown tomatoes, peas (shelling and snap), lettuce, beets, spinach, potatoes, carrots, beans, onions, garlic, peppers, strawberries, and herbs in my Solar Gem greenhouse. We could not be happier with this purchase.

This is a very unprofessional company, as a hotshot otr driver , I came to their call for a load , the dimensions were 15X8X8 . So fifteen feet long , eight foot high , eight foot wide. With a ten foot wide trailer and 33 ft long , there was no issue here. But because I had a crucial military load eleven feet long , they refused to load me because they didn't want the green house to bow a half inch because of the d rings on my trailer. Also refusing to pay TONU when we didn't cancel , they did because of picky preference and not me being able to actually load the product. By Hawthorne LLC will be filing a bond on the broker for representing this customer and we will be going after five times the cost to go 250 miles just to be told they will not load me. Do better Washington, this is embarrassing for professionals, and for business in general. I would never be able to look anyone in the eyes after being this petty.

I purchased my small Solar Gem in 2016. It was used, not sure of its age. I live in Steamboat Springs, CO, weather can be difficult. This past summer it was moved on the back of a pickup to my new house. Why am I telling you this…. We are having a record snow year and it is waiting for spring covered in snow. Very pleased with its durability, thought you might wonder.
